You will oversee end-to-end store operations, including stock monitoring, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and SKU management, while maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Based in Bali’s dynamic business hubs—such as Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven insights. Responsibility
- Manage daily marketplace operations, including order processing, inventory synchronization, and listing updates across multiple platforms.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate product availability to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
- Oversee SKU creation, categorization, and optimization to enhance search visibility and customer engagement.
- Generate and analyze performance reports (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, marketplace policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff or interns on store management tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or retail administration.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and product listing optimization is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
