You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing inventory of rare assets, and ensuring our store remains a premier destination for local collectors.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and cash management.
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including accurate tracking of Pokémon TCG sets, accessories, and rare collectible items.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers, fostering long-term relationships.
- Coordinate and host in-store events, tournaments, and product launch activations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail floor that reflects the Luludemon Collectibles brand standards.
- Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the hobby, collectibles, or toy industry.
- Deep understanding or genuine interest in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Malay; ability to engage with a diverse community of collectors.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle rare and high-value merchandise with care.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays when store traffic is at its peak.
