Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure the store adheres to Clarks' brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and retail analytics.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and team development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
