Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Manage and lead a team of store associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company-wide initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a high-volume store.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and retail software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
