Responsibility
- Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and provide exceptional service.
- Stock and replenish merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are well-organized and displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including checkout areas and aisles.
- Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, including security, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during midnight shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and communication skills to handle transactions and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Basic computer literacy for operating POS systems and other retail software.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
- Willingness to work midnight shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
