As a Store Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader of your branch. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, sales strategy execution, customer experience, visual merchandising, and talent development. Responsibility
- Drive overall store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team, promoting a high-performance culture and a positive working environment.
- Oversee store-level human resource functions, including staff scheduling, recruitment assistance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards on the sales floor, resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Manage inventory levels, execute regular stock takes, and implement measures to minimize shrinkage and damages.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with corporate brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of solid experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion apparel or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing store operations successfully.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Daet, Camarines Norte.
