Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of store associates and assistant managers to deliver outstanding performance and customer service.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including promotional campaigns and inventory management.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and brand-aligned shopping experience for all customers, resolving escalations professionally.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing product displays and store layouts that reflect Crocsâ brand identity and drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and conduct regular audits to optimize inventory turnover.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (e.g., sales per square foot, conversion rates) and use data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, and customers to enhance Crocsâ presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail metrics, P&L management, and sales forecasting.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment with seasonal fluctuations in customer traffic.
