Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.

  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications
