Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to make data-driven decisions for store improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of retail best practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
