Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
