Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
