Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless shopping experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maximize product appeal and sales.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to maintain high standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and meet targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
