Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for regional management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Clarksâ brand values and product lines is advantageous.
