Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and conversions
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintain store visual standards in alignment with Clarksâ brand guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management
- Passion for customer service and brand ambassadorship
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (advantage)
