Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, fostering brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and foot traffic.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (advantageous).
