Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the store team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Drive sales growth by setting and achieving monthly/quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience for all clients.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation to maintain brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align store operations with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail demands.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
