Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with regional management to align store goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
