Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to uphold Clarks’ brand values and service standards.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering premium service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
