Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and action plans to optimize store productivity.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to uphold Clarks’ brand values and service excellence.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring it aligns with Clarks’ global retail standards and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute company-wide policies, promotions, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear, fashion, or premium retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
