Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and retail analytics tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
