Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions for staff.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising best practices.
