Responsibility
- Lead and manage the store team, ensuring high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising, customer service, and team management.
- Ensure the store operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
