Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Drive sales through effective visual merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement.
- Maintain store standards in alignment with Clarks' brand guidelines and retail excellence.
- Conduct regular team training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales reports and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from product selection to post-purchase follow-up.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute marketing campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management.
- Passion for fashion, customer service, and team development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience in a high-traffic retail environment is preferred.
