Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs to drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local F&B regulations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
