Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or F&B Management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local F&B regulations.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
