Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
- Coordinate with the corporate office on promotions, stock replenishment, and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, sales reports, and operational efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store or mall setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali is a plus.
