Responsibility

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store or mall setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
