Based in the picturesque locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a motivated team, and contribute to the strategic growth of our brand. Responsibility
- Lead and manage store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards across all store activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the store.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food or consumer products industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a retail environment.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
