Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase store traffic, sales, and profitability in line with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring staff are motivated, trained, and aligned with company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a customer-centric approach and resolving any issues promptly.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities to enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure the store operates within financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local communities to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial analysis, and retail software systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
