Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.

- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and loss prevention.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement data-driven strategies for growth.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume store.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail trends, customer service best practices, and visual merchandising.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
