Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit monthly targets for motorcycles, spare parts, services, and financing products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to ensure high levels of performance and superior customer service.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and address operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee the credit application process and ensure strict adherence to lending guidelines and risk management.
- Maintain high standards of facility maintenance and ensure a safe, organized environment for both customers and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and repeat clientele to drive store loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in retail management, preferably within the automotive, motorcycle, or consumer durable goods sector.
- Strong background in sales management, credit operations, and inventory oversight.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams across different locations.
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee operations across the designated regional areas.
