Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing reports to senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve performance and career development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
