Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and material distribution.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and operational goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
