Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Management Team in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and coach restaurant team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to improve team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
