Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in excellent condition.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and food.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Create and update drink menus, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus.
