Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use approved chemicals and equipment safely.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury standards of Hotel Ava Group.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet daily cleaning targets.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 hotel operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
