Responsibility
- Assist servers and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests.
- Set up and maintain dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, according to established standards.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
- Monitor and restock beverage stations, condiments, and other service essentials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and special events.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role (entry-level candidates with strong enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
