Additionally, the ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle is required, as you will be traveling between multiple store locations.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance on store equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of store facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Repair and maintain store fixtures, furniture, and structural components as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems efficiently.
- Coordinate with store managers to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Drive a company vehicle to travel between multiple store locations in Bali.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving a four-wheeled vehicle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, or standing for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in English for communication with team members and management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
