Responsibility
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness across the entire compound, including walkways, gardens, and common areas.
- Promptly clean and mop spillages to prevent hazards and maintain a safe environment.
- Wipe down and sanitize waste bins, ensuring they are free of odors and residues.
- Empty and replace small bins in high-traffic areas as needed.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged features, to the management team.
- Assist in minor repairs or adjustments to compound features (e.g., outdoor furniture, lighting).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all areas meet the estate’s cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use provided cleaning equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting bins.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
