Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a spotless environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Restock and replenish cleaning supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toiletries.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor polishers) safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to hygiene, safety, and security.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and equipment (training provided).
- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
