Responsibility

- Ensure operational efficiency, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with company objectives.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
