Responsibility
- Develop and execute store layouts and visual merchandising plans aligned with global Crocs guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt VM strategies for local market preferences and trends.
- Oversee in-store storytelling through creative product displays, signage, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor store staff on VM best practices to maintain consistency across locations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize store layouts and product placement.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for fixtures, signage, and store refresh projects.
- Stay ahead of retail design trends and competitor activities to innovate Crocsâ in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Retail Management, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, store planning, or retail operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of implementing VM strategies in multi-store environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliâs retail landscape and consumer behavior is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
