Responsibility
- Market Analysis & Trend Research: Conduct in-depth research on luxury retail trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior in Singapore and Malaysia to inform merchandising strategies.
- Merchandising Support: Assist in product assortment planning, inventory management, and visual merchandising initiatives to optimize sales performance across retail channels.
- Client Development: Contribute to the execution of client engagement programs, including VIP events, personalized communications, and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market reports to identify opportunities for business growth and present actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with retail teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of merchandising and client development strategies.
- Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of omnichannel retail initiatives, including e-commerce integration and digital clienteling tools.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management with clear, data-backed insights.
- Brand Representation: Assist in organizing and participating in brand events, trunk shows, and clienteling activities to strengthen Louis Vuitton's presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Passion for Luxury: Genuine interest in luxury fashion, retail trends, and brand management, with a strong understanding of Louis Vuitton's heritage and values.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau) and ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Digital Savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools to support omnichannel strategies.
