Responsibility
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability on the sales floor.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain records accuracy.
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and verification of incoming shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports for management review.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure store shelves are organized and restocked promptly.
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and basic record-keeping.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
