Responsibility

  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability on the sales floor.
  • Perform regular stock checks and audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain records accuracy.
  • Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and verification of incoming shipments and deliveries.
  • Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure store shelves are organized and restocked promptly.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and basic record-keeping.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least an SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, warehouse, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
