Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to C-level executives, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing requests to optimize their time and productivity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Oversee front-office operations, including greeting high-profile clients and visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining a polished and welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and edit high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for executives.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, adhering to PwC’s policies and global standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations, including HR, finance, and IT, to support executive needs.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address challenges to ensure uninterrupted workflow and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role, preferably within a multinational corporation or professional services firm.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.) with a track record of managing complex schedules and high-stakes interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and team members.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information, with a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in front-office management or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
