As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our retail store, maintaining high standards of inventory management, and providing excellent support to our internal team.

You will be responsible for accurate record-keeping, assisting with stock replenishment, and ensuring that our operational processes remain efficient. Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through daily stock checks.
  • Assist in the receiving, processing, and tagging of incoming merchandise.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and perform administrative data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with floor staff to ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is correctly labeled.
  • Handle general office administrative duties including filing, documentation, and record organization.
  • Monitor for product expiry and assist in maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Provide prompt support to supervisors regarding store operational discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is preferred.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be willing to work at our Jengka, Pahang branch.
