Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures in accordance with Burger King guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing payroll, and conducting performance reviews for staff.
- Drive sales through promotional activities, upselling techniques, and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant environment.
- Support marketing initiatives and local community engagement to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
