Responsibility
- Supervise daily stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of stockroom staff to uphold high standards of productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain workflows and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, including FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and cycle counting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all stockroom activities.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in the food/beverage or retail industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with supply chain logistics and best practices in stock control.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in varying temperatures.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Certification in inventory management or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is advantageous.
