Responsibility
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and restaurant equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and service counters.
- Assist in the daily cleaning and upkeep of dining areas, ensuring a presentable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
- Support the kitchen and service staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of restroom facilities to uphold guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a steward, dishwasher, or kitchen helper role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
