Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess suitability for stem cell therapies.
- Develop and implement personalized regenerative medicine treatment plans.
- Perform stem cell procedures, including harvesting, processing, and administration.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about the benefits and expectations of stem cell therapies.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical practice, preferably in stem cell or regenerative medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
