Responsibility
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care in a general practice clinic setting.
- Perform clinical procedures, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, injections, and specimen collection.
- Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest medical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in general practice.
Qualifications
- State registration as a Nurse or Medical Assistant (valid certification required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or general practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
