Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct regular health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol) and maintain accurate health records.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs, including health education, vaccination drives, and mental health support.
- Monitor and manage occupational health risks, ensuring compliance with local and international health & safety regulations.
- Administer basic treatments and medications as prescribed, and refer employees to external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Collaborate with HR to conduct pre-employment medical examinations and periodic health assessments.
- Educate employees on disease prevention, hygiene practices, and ergonomic best practices to reduce workplace injuries.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized clinic with up-to-date medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent, with a valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate nursing, occupational health, or clinical settings.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is mandatory; ACLS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health standards, infection control, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information with discretion.
- Familiarity with digital health records and basic administrative tasks (e.g., reporting, documentation).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
