Responsibility
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid State Registered Nurse (SRN) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
