Responsibility
- Develop and implement test strategies for semiconductor products to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize test processes and improve product performance.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of test-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Design and maintain test equipment and software to support production and R&D activities.
- Analyze test data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all test operations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product development and manufacturing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test operations, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, equipment, and software.
- Experience with test program development and debugging using tools like LabVIEW, Python, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC, AEC-Q100, and ISO 9001.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
